Procurement and Installation

We execute and support all aspects of procurement and installation of equipment, facilities and utilities, including, but not limited to

  1. Benchmarking, gathering and documenting User Requirement Specifications
  2. Preparing Basis of Design
  3. Vendor and OEM analysis, identification and coordination
  4. Developing and/or coordinating Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, Design drawings and any other design documentation.
  5. Coordinating and developing Factory Acceptance testing, Installation and Site Acceptance testing
  6. Developing and executing commissioning and qualification protocols.
  7. Developing and providing training
